Age Regulations for Volunteers on the Work Site
Individuals 18 years of age or younger must have an adult sign a Release and Waiver of liability for Minors and are not allowed to engage in hazardous activities such as roofing or using power tools. Under Federal wage and hour laws, children under the age of 16 are not allowed to work at a construction site.
